Salary Range: $52.6100 - $80.8600 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Applications Integration Analyst III is responsible for developing, testing, and deploying interfaces and related technology aimed at modernizing, consolidating, and coordinating the fl ow of data between independently designed applications within and across the organization.
Determines how new applications, legacy systems, databases, and other systems, which may be currently operating on multiple platforms, are integrated in- order to meet the existing and emerging requirements of the organization. Collaborates with Project Managers, Applications, and Technology teams to maintain and support the fl ow of data across a multitude of systems.
Responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and operational support functions of interfaces and data exchanges. Key functions include: Collaborates with key stakeholders, end users and other members of the business teams to optimize system con fi guration, function and access. Responsible for planning and system development, project management, and application integration administration.
Evaluates problem tickets and service requests, customer requests for system changes, data retrieval requests, system performance problems and optimization opportunities, and participate in the timely resolution of these activities. Independently resolves the most complex, multi-function application integration errors and other system integration issues
Primary responsibility for the build and maintenance of various system dictionaries, pro fi les, tables and other con fi guration points. Identifies system enhancement requests and works with the team to implement as applicable. Coordinates with the vendor as appropriate. Tests the system, including any con fi gurations, customizations and new releases, prior to production implementation. Works with end-users to assist with the design and testing of system reports and communicate changes to end users and other sta ff as applicable. Advanced understanding of how assigned application integrations impacts other systems and works with application teams to resolve complex data integration issues.
Leads or facilitates system design, validation or remediation sessions. Leads large projects and functions as a subject matter expert on complex, cross-functional projects. Provides guidance to level I and II analysts.
Performs all the functions above with minimal oversight. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum fi ve (5) years’ experience with the application integrations.
Advanced knowledge of data integration tools, techniques and standards.
Pro fi cient with Microsoft o ffi ce tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
Preferred:
Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience in a related fi eld.
Five (5) or more years' experience with application integrations in an integrated healthcare environment, including experience with healthcare integration tools and standards such as HL7, FHIR, Cloverleaf interface engines, etc.
Experience with data query tools such as SQL.
Certifications Required
All relevant application certifications and/or knowledge within area of support.
Certifications Preferred
Certi fi cation with the application integrations engine such as Cloverleaf, Corepoint, Mirth, etc.
