STRATEGIC OPERATIONS ANALYST SR - COMPASS

Salary Range: $45.4100 - $69.8500 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- The Sr Strategic Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Hoag Compass program as it enters a pivotal growth stage. The role is responsible for in standardizing business operations, analyzing complex key performance data, and building cross functional relationships with different levels of stakeholders to assist with program scalability. Translates Leadership strategic vision into actionable steps and recommendations. Has the ability and passion to solve complex problems and collaborates in team settings to provide data and recommendations. Collaborates to implement innovative solutions for the Compass team.
- Lead the analysis of Analyze key business and clinical data to identify trends, areas of opportunity. Provide recommendations and work with business leaders to implement change.
- Builds and develop strong relationships with senior leaderships, department heads, and other key stakeholders within the organization
- Manage and communicate business resource needs, risks, issues, upstream and downstream dependencies to ensure results.
- Identify and remove roadblocks from the team’s path to ensure productivity. Escalates risks, roadblocks, or issues in a timely fashion.
- Present team/project status, metrics, risks, or concerns to stakeholders at all levels of the organization with confidence and clarity, verbally and in writing.
- Partner with clinical, operational, marketing, product, and other business teamscross functionally to help position Hoag Compass for success.
- Utilize data to provide advanced insights into key business processes. Collaborates to innovate on current business processes based on analyses.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of complex business processes, policies, procedures.
- Participates in creating and implementing policies and processes within clinical and legal guidelines.
- Champion and drive change management within the Compass program as business needs evolve
- Proactively problem solve issues faced by clinical and business teams
- Provides consistent reporting of key performance metrics including regular review of Objectives and Key Results (ORKs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Partner with business leaders to create presentations/collateral to assist with data-driven insights
- Assist with business development opportunities
- Works alongside product teams to identify product features for future iterations of program
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years of business operations, management consulting, or similar experience technical project/program management experience within a health tech, technology, or or digital organization.
- Experience planning, managing, and leading complex technology projects in a high-paced, fast-changing work environment, leading the team through issue resolutionchange management during the entire development lifecycle required. Experience planning and leading software release cycles including prioritizing features, coordinating schedules across platforms, coordinating user testing, and communication with stakeholders on roadmaps, delivery status, and change management details required.
- Ability to collaborate with software engineering teams to reduce technical debt, introduce new technologies, and migrate to new architectures required. clinical, operational, marketing, and other senior leaders.
- Excellent meeting facilitation, written, verbal, and presentation skills required.
