The Principal Brand Designer - Marketing is an integral part of the Marketing team with the mission to transform and improve Healthcare. This role leads the internal brand design practice across consumer touch points and champions design excellence and innovation for all marketing tactics to contribute to the bigger Hoag brand.
Responsibilities
- Leads the internal brand design practice.
- Collaborates with program management, manages internal and external creative resources, and acts as creative lead.
- Oversees the internal creative practice across print, digital, photography, and video.
- Implements creative processes which allow for cross-functional input and executive buy-in.
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional marketing teams and business stakeholders to understand business goals, objectives, and user needs, translating them into compelling designs that drive measurable outcomes.
- Implements foundational brand design and copy systems for brand advocacy across the organization.
- Advises on digital product design implementation to ensure brand consistency across product lines.
