Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.The Manager, OPTC (RN) & Clinical Manager of Cancer Center Clinics (CMCCC) is responsible for the staff & services of the Out-Patient Treatment Centers located in both Newport Beach and Irvine as well as the clinical staff for the Cancer Center Clinic areas for Hoag Hospital Newport Beach.The Manager, OPTC (RN) is accountable for the delivery of consistent, high quality patient care, promoting the development and satisfaction of the OPTC and Cancer Center Clinic, providing operational efficiencies and ensuring compliance with the department, Organization, regulatory policies and standards of practice. This position encompasses all aspects of patient-focused care given at the OPTC and Clinic, as well as personnel management, development, and fiscal responsibility. Oversees all infusion clinical operations including patient admissions, treatment center visit flow, patient follow-up, billing / insurance issues, staffing, training, and compliance. This individual develops collaborative relationships with each physician.This role collaborates with the physicians and Organizational staff providing outpatient services at the Hoag Family Cancer Center. Responsible for the daily oversight of outpatient facility operations, meeting all regulatory compliance and clinical quality standards. Performs other duties as assigned.Education and ExperienceThree (3) years current management experience in an outpatient facility; Bachelor’s Science degree in Nursing (BSN)Ability to write detailed policies, procedures and reports required to comply with DNV, JCAHO, CDPH, Federal and State of California StandardsPreferred : Qualified bilingual or multilingual candidatesLicense RequiredCurrent licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.Certifications RequiredCurrent BLS certification.Certifications PreferredOncology Certified Nurse (OCN)Hoag is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
