What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asian Dumpling Making Class Instructor/Host - Contract position at Hoamsy?
Do you love Asian food, learning something new, sharing your passion with others?
We’re looking for a hobby cook/chef to host an Asian dumpling workshop. You'll need to have some prior experience making dumplings and the ability to show others how to make dumplings.
Hoamsy is a platform for local creators to offer unique things to do within their local communities. From cooking workshops to art and craft workshops, outdoor trips and so much more.
Each experience on Hoamsy is hosted by locals, for locals. We’re looking for someone who wants to play a key role by hosting immersive experiences. We will provide all the tools you need to succeed as a Hoamsy host.
Each workshop is typically 2 hours long and requires arriving 30-40 minutes early to get setup, while paying $50-$75/hour.
You will:
Setup and host Asian dumpling making workshops at Venues locally.
Ability to physically and verbally guide Guests through the process.
Address any questions as needed by Guests during an experience.
You are:
A strong communicator
Passionate about Asian cooking and are excited to show others how to make Asian food.
Eligible for employment in the U.S.
Atleast 21 years old
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
