We are now seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!
- This position is responsible for the front desk duties in addition to carrying out general administrative tasks.
- Presents a friendly and professional atmosphere for all visitors..
- Answers and directs phone calls.
- Maintains updated electronic records
- Monitors electronic correspondence
- Sorts and distributes daily mail
- Scanning and filing projects
- Maintains cleanliness of front desk and main entrance.
- Monitors office supplies.
- Successful candidates will have 1 year of prior front desk receptionist/customer service experience or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills are essential as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
M-F: 8:30 A.M - 5:30 P.M. (8 hour shift)
