Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate new and existing customers on plumbing solutions
- Present and explain purchasing options, including financing plans
- Proactively follow up on all sales leads and customer inquiries
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (Required)
- Basic understanding of plumbing systems and solutions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for sales and delivering top-tier customer service
- Some college coursework or technical training preferred
