Marilyn's Bakery in Saint John, IN is looking fora baker to join our 15 person strong team. We are located on 9159 Wicker Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, hard-working and passionate about food.

Responsibilities

  • Weigh and measure ingredients
  • Mix and blend batters
  • Roll, knead, cut, or shape dough to form sweet rolls, pie crusts, tarts, cookies, or other products.
  • Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
  • Ice, glaze, and decorate baked goods
  • Prepare and maintain inventory
  • Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
  • Work efficiently and complete all tasks until leaving
  • After training, work independently from a list
  • Produce top quality product every single time
  • Must work one weekend shift a week

    • Qualifications

  • Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
  • Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
  • Experience in a commerical kitchen

    Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $20.00 / hour.
