The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience working in a plaintiff litigation law firm and be proficient in executing complaints, motions, and briefs. They will also possess strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, focused, technologically savvy, adaptable to learning new systems and processes, and able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with attorneys, paralegals, court personnel, clients, and claims staff. Flexibility in work hours is also a must.
