We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team at Hobbie & DeCarlo, P.C. in Eatontown, NJ. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for supporting attorneys in various complex cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas with precision and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough legal research and writing assignments, including medical chronologies and deposition summaries.
- Provide direct pre-trial and trial support to attorneys, ensuring seamless case management.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience working in a plaintiff litigation law firm.
- Proficient in executing complaints, motions, and briefs.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with attorneys, paralegals, court personnel, clients, and claims staff.
Compensation
- Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 per year.
