Litigation Support Attorney Assistant

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Hobbie & DeCarlo, P.C. in Eatontown, NJ.

This is an in-office position requiring daily attendance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to attorneys in litigated matters of varying complexity.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience working in a plaintiff litigation law firm and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities

• Extensive client contact and communication
• Preparation, reviewing filing, and service of pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas
• Conducts legal research and writing assignments, including medical chronologies and deposition summaries
• Provides direct pre-trial and trial support to attorneys

Requirements

• 4 years' experience in plaintiff litigation law firm
• Proficient in executing complaints, motions, and briefs
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility in work hours
