Job Summary
Hobbie & DeCarlo, P.C. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Eatontown, NJ.
This is an in-office position requiring daily attendance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to attorneys in litigated matters of varying complexity.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience working in a plaintiff litigation law firm and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive client contact and communication
- Preparation, reviewing filing, and service of pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas
- Conducts legal research and writing assignments, including medical chronologies and deposition summaries
- Provides direct pre-trial and trial support to attorneys
Requirements
- 4 years' experience in plaintiff litigation law firm
- Proficient in executing complaints, motions, and briefs
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility in work hours
