The Food and Beverage Supervisor supports our Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center operations.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for supervising and operating a front of the house food and beverage operation to include but not limited to restaurant or banquet event operation.
Main Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and maintain procedures and policies pertinent to the employees and the front of the house food and beverage unit.
- Assist in creating, planning, implementing, and evaluating training needs of the staff.
- Perform administrative duties including cash handling, end of the shift reports, daily and weekly record keeping, reviewing BEOs, restaurant/banquet recap, forecasting, and other general administrative duties.
- Supervise customer and staff issue resolution, implement SOP, and meet the goals of the organization/department/unit.
Key Performance Indicators
- Manage the front of the house food and beverage staff including recruiting, scheduling, training, motivating, coaching, and performance management.
- Participate, assist, and contribute to the annual special events for the hotel and conference such as Mother's Day and Easter events (servicing of over 1000 guest per event).
