Real Estate Asset Analyst
As a Real Estate Asset Analyst, you will conduct comprehensive analyses focused on real estate strategies supporting acquisitions, asset management, and operations.
You will be responsible for the collection and manipulation of large data sets to identify key issues, cost trends, and opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial analyses and reports using Argus Enterprise and Microsoft Excel.
- Analysis of financial impact of real estate transactions using net present value, IRR, net book value, and company processes.
- Collection, input, manipulation, and aggregation of large data sets from multiple sources.
- Maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelors degree).
- 1-3 years of related real estate work experience.
- Highly proficient in Argus Enterprise and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of related real estate work experience.
