Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Asset Manager to join our team. As a Property Asset Manager, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses focused on real estate strategies supporting acquisitions, asset management, and operations.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, input, manipulate, and aggregate large data sets from multiple sources. They will also be proficient in Argus Enterprise and Microsoft Excel, with experience in preparing financial analyses and reports.
In this role, you will conduct key market research on industry best practice, benchmarks, comparable and other issues of concern. You will also respond to information requests from Asset Management and Senior Leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analyses focused on real estate strategies supporting acquisitions, asset management, and operations.

Requirements
We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 1-3 years of related real estate work experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Microsoft Excel.
