Job Overview

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the facilities maintenance team
- Ensure all areas of the district are clean and well-maintained
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance projects
- Supervise and train facilities maintenance staff
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Develop and implement safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in custodial work or facilities maintenance
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license
