Join our Roosevelt Field team as a FT Clientele Specialist for 30-40 hrs per week, with shifts that include weekdays and weekends.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Clientele Specialist you will be passionate about fashion and dedicated to building strong client relationships. In this role, you’ll offer a luxury shopping experience that’s tailored to each customer’s style, helping them create wardrobes that reflect Hobbs London’s timeless elegance.
Who We're Looking For
- Confident using your established client network to drive sales, offering styling advice and wardrobe solutions.
- Work in collaboration with the instore team to deliver an inspirational customer experience, whilst identifying opportunities to drive customer loyalty.
- Promote and deliver seamless, elevated shopping experiences both in-store and online.
- Maintain detailed client profiles and partake in store events and styling sessions.
- Sound knowledge of current fashion trends and styling principles.
