Hotel General Manager

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to live in and manage a hotel located in the town of Hobbs, New Mexico. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess excellent managerial and interpersonal skills, and be committed to ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This position offers the unique opportunity to live on-site while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Guest Services:
• Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they receive a warm welcome.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining superior service standards.
• Operations Management:
• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, maintenance, and security.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Property Maintenance:
• Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs to ensure the property is well-maintained and attractive to guests.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Couples are preferred due to the live-in nature of the position.
