employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and / or eliminating the demands to travel.Key Responsibilities : This position is part of a bargaining unit.Business Analyst and / or Tech Delivery experienced resource having in-depth knowledge of the software lifecycle and client-facing experience.Manage and track end to end lifecycle of Brightspot projects and Buganizer bugs.Participate in Quarterly Project Meetings (QPM) / launch meetings to help strategically plan product launches and identify scope.Understand project requirements and impact to better create and plan projects based on scope, priorities, SLAs, capacity, and publishing commitments.Manage and ensure corpus safety process is followed. Closely work with PT to manage capacity, meet requirements and timeline with quality.Act as liaison between stakeholders and OT addressing requirement clarifications impacting projects.Ensure adherence to SOP at all times.Conduct high-level content review to verify scope has been implemented.Point of Contact of stakeholders and PT during the day of publishing.Conduct and direct publishing activities including rollbacks as necessary.Maintain POD related documents at all times.Manage any launch and / or publishing related communications.Participate in pre, day of and post launch support activities.Responsible for increasing one’s product knowledge for efficiency.Expected to support on Pacific Standard Time.Basic Qualifications : Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management.Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analyst role.Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service.High School Diploma / GED.Preferred Qualifications : Organizational skills.Critical thinking.Multitasking.Risk management.Mitigation planning.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
