We are seeking an experienced SAP S / 4HANA Master Data and Data Conversions Senior Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and governance of master data and data migration processes within our SAP S / 4HANA environment. This role requires deep expertise in master data management (MDM), data quality, and conversion strategies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Responsibilities :
- Define and implement best practices for master data creation, maintenance, and governance in SAP S / 4HANA.
- Manage and optimize master data elements such as material, customer, vendor, and pricing master data.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Lead data migration efforts for SAP S / 4HANA implementation and upgrades, including mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Utilize tools like SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC), BODS, or LSMW to perform data conversions.
- Design and execute data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure successful migration.
- Establish data quality metrics and implement processes to monitor and improve data integrity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and enforce master data standards.
- Address data inconsistencies, redundancies, and inaccuracies in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
- Leverage S / 4HANA capabilities to automate and enhance data management processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline master data workflows and reduce manual intervention.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business agility and scalability.
- Partner with functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and data analysts.
- Support ongoing SAP S / 4HANA projects by addressing data-related challenges and ensuring data readiness.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for master data governance policies, procedures, and migration activities.
- Provide training to end-users and business teams on master data management processes.
