We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team at our Fort Lauderdale location. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product, service, purchase order and shipping information as well as resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Provide shipping information and updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (minimum of 1 years)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to retain customers and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
