Associate General Counsel

Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a national, privately-held, stable, and growing retailer headquartered in Oklahoma City is seeking a qualified attorney with 1 to 8 years of experience for the position of Associate General Counsel.The Associate General Counsel is an in-person position in Oklahoma City, and provides general legal representation and counsel to Hobby Lobby management, business personnel, and affiliate companies in multiple areas of law, including commercial transactions, intellectual property, and regulatory matters. The Associate General Counsel position will not require any litigation, but litigation experience is a plus.To be considered for this position, applicants must provide a cover letter describing the applicant’s particular interest in the position and salary requirements, and a current résumé.
