As a Co-Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Actively engaging in store processes and procedures to meet and exceed financial goals.
- Leading and guiding your team passionately to achieve the highest standards, while showing empathy and understanding.
- Executing seasonal department merchandising plans on a daily, weekly, and yearly basis.
Starting salary range : $65,000 to $67,600 plus annual bonus.
