- Provide operational leadership and support to the Store Manager within your assigned location.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance merchandising presentation and visual appeal within your assigned area.
- Mentor and train new and existing team members to ensure their growth and success in the role.
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience is required for this position.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $63,000 to $69,000 annually, plus bonus potential.
