Co-Manager Job Description

- Provide operational leadership within your assigned location, working closely with the Store Manager.
- Enhance and maintain high levels of presentation throughout your assigned area through merchandising expertise.
- Lead and mentor new and existing Hobby Lobby team members, ensuring their success.
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience is essential.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
- Relocation for promotion may be required.
