The ideal candidate will partner with the Site EHS Manager to lead safety, health, and environmental programs at a 650,000 sq. ft. facility with 850 associates. From ensuring OSHA, EPA, and ISO 14001 compliance to conducting risk assessments and emergency response efforts, you will focus on hazard prevention, waste reduction, and fostering a safe, sustainable workplace.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, particularly for High Hazard and Process Safety Management programs.
- Lead hazard analyses, manage Risk Management Plans, support capital projects, and collaborate on incident investigations to enhance safety culture and compliance across the facility.
We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with certifications like ASP, CSP, or CIH.
- 5-7 years managing site-level safety programs with hazardous substances, including expertise in PHAs/HAZOPs, PSM audits, environmental permitting, and high-hazard systems.
