Accounting Clerk (A/P & A/R) - Accounting Department
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Order Processing
- Receive and input customer orders and vendor invoices into Macola (ERP software).
- Prepare shipping paperwork.
- File account receivables.
- Set up and maintain customer pricing and information database.
- Initiate daily billing on customer shipments.
- Perform vendor checkwrite function.
- Match invoices to check and prepare for mailing.
- Maintain raw material receipt file - Reconcile all raw material invoices with receiving reports verifying quantities, prices and terms of payment.
- Reception: manage HOC telephone system and receive visitors at front desk.
- Perform special projects requested by the Office Manager or CFO.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Detail oriented / highly organized
- Ability to communicate with customers at a high level
- Thrive in a team environment
- Dependability – ability to be at work every day
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
