Since 1988, Hoch Chiropractic Center has been treating a vast array of patients with diverse medical issues. We provide individual exams and treatment plans for our patients to resolve pain and improve function as quickly as possible. We also work with other healthcare providers, when necessary, to offer a comprehensive and integrated approach to our patients’ wellness. This role requires each team member to understand the overall workflow of the office and anticipate next steps in daily functions. We expect each member of our team to be adaptable and flexible to the demands of a busy office environment. While you will be performing your job duties independently, it is important that you can also communicate effectively with other team members to maintain efficiency.

- Pay rates start at $12 hour (based on experience) with performance-based increases in 90 days and then annually.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Primary clinical responsibilities include:
- Rooming patients for appointments.
- Assisting with therapies as directed by the doctor.
- Cleaning and stocking of treatment rooms.
- Maintaining patient flow in treatment area.
- Performing health histories, obtaining blood pressure and weight on new patients.
Administrative responsibilities include:
- Scheduling patient appointments and answering phones.
- Checking patients in for scheduled appointments.
- Checking patients out after appointments and processing payments.
- Collecting information for new patients.
- Maintaining accurate information on paper and in computer system.
- Understanding various insurance requirements and copays.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum education of a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to sit/ stand for extended periods of time
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Hours scheduled will be between 10-25 hours per week
- Must be available to work during the following hours: Monday-Thursday 8 am-8 pm.
- Experience in medical office environment a plus
- Knowledge of Availity a plus
- Must consent to and be able to pass background check
