HockeyStack customers use this data to measure channel performance, launch cost-efficient campaigns, and prioritize the right accounts.
We're looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer to help us grow the Engineering team at HockeyStack. You'll work closely with the CTO and engineering team to find top-tier talent (the best 1%!) for open roles and help us build a strong engineering team.
What You'll Do :
- Craft thoughtful candidate outreach messaging to engage passive engineering talent
- Develop a deep understanding of the engineering problems that HockeyStack team is working on, and communicate them effectively with candidates
- Use creative strategies like engaging with various startup communities and sourcing through non conventional methods to find qualified candidates and build a steady pipeline.
