The successful candidate will be responsible for operating standard kitchen equipment to prepare food and beverages in large quantities, setting up food lines, cleaning and sanitizing work areas, and coordinating student employees. Additionally, they will assist with the operations of the Convenience Store, including operating a cash register and preparing accounting records.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have 960 hours of experience as a food service worker or three courses in food preparation, sanitation, and storage. Alternatively, one year of experience in cooking in an institution, school, or restaurant setting is also acceptable. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of methods, materials, and equipment used in large volume cooking, as well as basic math skills and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
