We’re hiring for flexible weekday morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
What You’ll Do
As an Enrichment Instructor, you’ll lead exciting programs for preschool and school-age children, fostering creativity and development in a positive and supportive setting.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan and teach enriching classes aligned with YMCA values.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming space for all participants.
- Maintain and organize equipment, reporting issues as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks such as tracking attendance and progress.
- Support our Reach Out For Youth Campaign to strengthen our community.
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings.

- Experience working with youth is preferred.
- Previous enrichment instruction experience is a plus.
