Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Buyer based in Cleveland, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Buyer will be responsible for purchasing industrial fasteners and specialty components, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating pricing and terms, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with sales and support staff, and continuously sourcing new suppliers to meet customer demands. The role also involves maintaining procurement records and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, supplier management, and negotiating pricing and terms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory levels and maintain procurement records
• Knowledge of industrial fasteners and specialty components, with the ability to source hard-to-find items
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining supplier relationships
• Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the industrial hardware industry is a plus
