Work in a high volume, fast-paced environment where you will work in our warehouse servicing customer orders, and as we continue to grow, we are looking for talent to grow with us that may include spending some time on the road working on-site directly with our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) in our warehouse and possibly in the field by providing exceptional service to our customers and designated sites by fulfilling predetermined inventory and product needs.
- Safely and efficiently operate a forklift and/or reach truck to pick/pack/assemble/ship orders for our customer base as well as accurately stock incoming product.
- Operate an RF Scanner to prioritize orders and ensure quality.
- Execute flawless operations in partnership with our sales and support teams.
- Support warehouse projects as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace as well as maintenance assigned equipment - proactively record/report any issues or identify possible future concerns to warehouse leaders.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge while understanding customer needs and expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive work environment.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Able to work in a Team environment understanding that our customers come first.

- Professional customer service, communication and listening skills.
- Aptitude to work with industrial/engineered parts such as fasteners, hardware and special parts.
- Demonstrated application of general math skills; mechanically minded.
- General understanding of production lines, warehouse operations and delivery schedules.
- Proactive organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for accuracy, quality and continuous improvement.
- Forklift experience with ability to operate forklifts, pickers and reach trucks - comfortable working at moderate heights.

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or the equivalent with basic math aptitude and reading skills
- Familiarity with scan systems and basic comfort level with computers
- Prior warehouse and customer service experience
- Willingness and ability to work in a drug-free workplace as part of our Drug Free Safety Program and pass a 7-year criminal background screen
- Good physical condition with the ability to bend/lift stretch and regularly lift 50 pounds or more
