As a Senior Accountant, you play a key role in our team, collaborating to drive key financial decisions that fuel our continued success and strategic growth. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, the Senior Accountant will be “hands on” with direct responsibility for daily accounting and operations, month-end close as well as other ad-hoc projects. Moreover, your expertise in utilizing ERP system reporting tools for financial reporting, analyzing financial ratios, and adapting to new systems will be instrumental. The selected candidate must be an advocate for process improvement, transparency, teamwork and maintaining high quality work. The selected candidate will be self-motivated and detail oriented. This position must build successful relationships interacting cross-functionally and successfully manage a variety of assignments.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Recording and reconciling cash transactions for multiple companies
- Support monthly close for multiple companies
- Preparation of journal entries in a variety of areas
- Preparation of account reconciliations with relevant supporting documentation
- Support in reporting and analyzing financial information on a monthly basis
- Ad hoc reporting and projects as needed, supporting the Assistant Controller and Director of Accounting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across the organization
- Strong organizational skills enabling simultaneous management of multiple projects
- Self-motivated, results-oriented with ability to take initiative
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required
- 4 years of relevant experience, public accounting experience a plus
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of US GAAP
- Proficient in MS Excel; Sage 300 or CMiC experience a plus
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
