We are seeking a dedicated and caring Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a passion for nurturing their growth and development. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters learning and exploration.
**Duties:** - Assist in managing the classroom environment to ensure a safe, organized, and inclusive space for all children. - Provide individualized attention and care to children, including diapering, feeding, and toileting. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. - Support children's social and emotional development by modeling positive behaviors, encouraging empathy, and promoting conflict resolution. - Monitor and record children's progress and achievements. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program. - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
