JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction activities, helping to ensure the smooth operation of construction projects. Your tasks will vary, but you will mainly be responsible for performing physical labor at construction sites, maintaining equipment, and following safety protocols to ensure a productive and safe work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including unloading and organizing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Perform general construction duties such as spotting, digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials and debris.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure the site is in compliance with safety regulations.
- Help maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
- Work with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous construction experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing/walking 8-10 hours per day and lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
