POSITION SUMMARY:
- Full-time travel position to various project sites.
- Successfully perform all Superintendent responsibilities for managing and overseeing directional drilling projects from beginning to completion; supervise multiple projects when applicable.
- Participate in and enforce all aspects of company Safety Program.
- Recruit, train, and direct all personnel for the directional drilling team.
- Maintain and ensure consistent and accurate field reporting including daily reports, extra work orders, safety logs, and incident reports. Be able to identify and track additional work beyond scope.
- Develop and maintain owner, service, and vendor relationships.
- Inspect all equipment onsite daily and report to management with needed repairs.
- Track project quantities for record keeping and billing in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of construction industry experience in directional drilling.
- 1 years acting as Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent responsible for managing crew of directional drilling operators and laborers.
- Conduct self in a way that represents the company in a safe and professional manner.
- Ability to work 8-12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week.
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office program suite and web-based construction management programs.
