We are seeking a skilled Secretary to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
- Organize and maintain documents in physical and electronic filing systems
- Assist in preparing legal documents
- Handle transcription and general typing duties
- Through Form Builder prepare documents in probate administration
-e-file documents with the Court
Experience:
- Prior experience in a law office setting is preferred
- Solid secretarial skills are required
- Experience dealing with clients or the public
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to communicate with clients effectively
- Knowledge of estate administration and estate planning procedures is a plus
