- Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds, including mowing, trimming, weeding, watering, and mulching.
- Remove debris, trash, and litter from outdoor spaces, sidewalks, parking lots, and common areas.
- Perform seasonal duties such as leaf removal, snow shoveling, de-icing walkways, and planting flowers or shrubs.
- Ensure irrigation systems are functioning correctly and perform minor repairs as needed.
