Responsibilities
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all internal records related to the business
- Comfortable learning and working with multiple software tools
- Assisting with various kinds of accounts receivable such as from banks, manufacturers, and customers
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Filing and record keeping
- Operates telephone and computer system by following instructions for operation.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
