Appliance Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all installations meet company standards and customer expectations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks associated with moving and installing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of products at customer locations, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from box trucks and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Move heavy items safely, employing proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
• Provide exceptional customer service during installation processes, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
• Operate manual transmission vehicles as needed for transportation of materials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or installation environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience driving box trucks and familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
• A background in courier services may be beneficial for understanding logistics and delivery processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
