Education/Experience: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Drafting and Design program preferred.
- Minimum 3 years using AutoDesk BIM 360.
- Minimum 3 years working in healthcare planning/design/construction industry.
- Experience developing REVIT families preferred, but not required.
Certifications/Licenses/Registrations: Revit/AutoDesk certification is beneficial. Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and willingness to use insured personal vehicle in the course of employment.
Qualifications/Skills: Candidate must be proficient in REVIT, Microsoft Office, Blue Beam. Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere, strong written and oral communication skills and meet deadlines. Quality and customer service focus a must. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be detail oriented and able to perform each essential duty effectively.
- Advanced knowledge and ability to provide technical support for Revit, AutoCAD, and all related BIM & CAD software
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with all levels in and outside the organization.
- Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service skills, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Team player who is detail oriented, possesses strong communication and problem solving skills and who enjoys working un a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
