HOERBIGER Corporation of America, INC. is seeking an Assembly Operator - 2nd Shift Shift (2 : 00 pm- 10 : 00 am) who is a career-minded individual looking for long-term growth and potential for our growing team.
The Assembly Operator 1, assembles, tests, and packages materials for final shipment to the customer. Duties and Responsibilities :
- Verify proper components have been provided.
- Identify improper laser marking and bolt locking.
- Select the correct springs and pins for each assembly.
- Install locating pins and identify improper installation.
- Torque valves properly.
- Properly leak test and package valves.
- Assemble oil free valves.
- Recognize visual component and assembly defects.
- Assemble, torque, leak test, and pack 5 of the 9 defined valve types.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or General education degree (GED).
- One to three years of assembly experience required and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency of English language (read, write, converse).
