Your Mission
HOERBIGER Service Inc. (HSI) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Manager to lead and enhance SHE performance across our operations in the Oil & Gas Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SHE strategies to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering a safety-first culture.
You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement by monitoring safety performance, conducting risk assessments, and promoting best practices throughout our operations. With your strong technical expertise and regulatory knowledge, you will lead incident investigations, facilitate training programs, and collaborate with leadership to reinforce a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
As a proactive leader, you will engage with regulatory agencies, customers, and contractors to ensure alignment with safety standards, while also managing reporting processes and ensuring timely submissions. Your ability to influence positive change and promote a strong SHE culture will be critical in protecting our employees, customers, and business operations.

Your Mission

How You Will Make a Difference
- Develop and implement SHE policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and industry regulations.
- Manage SHE-related reporting, ensuring timely submissions and global compliance.
- Lead escalation management for SHE issues, addressing safety concerns promptly.
- Support global initiatives and training to enhance employee safety awareness.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
- Monitor and analyze TRIR and LTR to drive continuous improvement.
- Promote the adoption of safety best practices across all operations.
- Develop and deliver training on SHE policies, hazard assessments, and best practices.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to field personnel to strengthen safety culture.
- Ensure contractor and employee compliance with customer-specific safety requirements.
- Oversee hazardous waste management, recycling, and environmental permit compliance.
- Support MSDS and HazCom programs for proper chemical handling.
- Lead industrial hygiene initiatives, including hearing conservation and exposure monitoring.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies for SHE compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with customer safety representatives.
- Manage third-party contractor databases to ensure safety compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field preferred; equivalent operational experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of SHE management experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with field safety expertise.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and world-class SHE standards.
- Experience in machine guarding, hazard assessment, LOTO, confined space programs, and emergency response.
- Proven ability to manage SHE systems and implementation strategies effectively.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills.
