HOERBIGER Service LATAM is seeking a motivated individual to join our International Supply Center team in Deerfield Beach. The Warehouse Associate position is full time, scheduled weekdays and offers great employee benefits. If you are reliable, energetic and computer savvy, this role may be a good fit for you.
The Warehouse Associate supports the Logistics Team by receiving stock and allocating materials. The position ensures accuracy of items in the correct quantity, delivered in the specified location at the time/date indicated.
Responsibilities
- Properly count and receive product, comparing packing list to purchase orders, ensuring that the product in each delivery is received in good condition and match the packing list
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Pick, prepare and process of sales orders
- Identify missing, lost or damaged materials
- Update product availability in SAP inventory management module
- Perform physical inventory counts
- Enforce inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests
- Complete reports by entering required information
- Report stock discrepancies
Qualifications
- Six months related experience and/or training preferred
- Strong computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with SAP or inventory management software is preferred
- High level of attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Forklift license is preferred – must be able to certify within first (6) months of hire
- Ability to stand/walk/sit/push/lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Must be able to use hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools, or controls
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have full proficiency of English Language (read, write, converse)
