Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our new facility. You’ll be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping parts with accuracy and care. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires attention to detail and a team-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders accurately for prompt shipment
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if necessary)
- Conduct inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills for order and inventory systems
