As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional customer service while assisting with inquiries and problem resolution. This role is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented, communicative, and thrive in a team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus!)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to multitask & manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving & attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Typing speed of 50 WPM
- Spanish, Portuguese and Polish proficiency is a plus!
