My client is looking for a Controller to grow their team.
Controller Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all company accounting practices
- Direct financial strategy, planning, and forecasts
- Supervise investment and fundraising efforts
- Supervise the preparation of all financial reports
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results
- Prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data
- Achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, and maintaining compliance
- Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in accounting/finance
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities Experience with financial reporting requirements and day to day accounting operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
