At Hoffman Animal Hospital, we’re thrilled to offer a CSR position that lets you thrive in veterinary medicine. This is a full-time position. Compensation for this role is a $15- $24 / hour based on experience, opportunities for overtime. Responsibilities : Client Service :

  • Frontline Ambassador : Be the friendly face (or voice) that greets clients and their furry companions.
  • Appointment Scheduling : Efficiently manage appointments, ensuring smooth flow and minimal wait times.
  • Client Education : Educate pet owners on preventive care, treatment options, and wellness plans.
  • Billing and Payments : Handle financial transactions with finesse and empathy.
  • Complaint Resolution : Turn frowns upside down by addressing concerns and finding solutions.

    • Community Engagement :

  • Client Follow-Up : Check in on patients post-treatment and address any concerns.
  • Educational Events : Participate in workshops, pet health seminars, and community outreach.
  • Social Media Savvy : Help spread the word about our exceptional services through engaging content.

    • Generous Benefits Package for Full-Time Employees :

  • Scrub Allowance : Eligible on 1st day
  • Paid Time Off : 40 hours per year (accrued, PTO is a combination of sick / MD safe sick leave and vacation time)
  • Paid Holidays : 6 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days)
  • Health Insurance (medical, dental, vision) : Single and Family, 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
  • Supplemental Insurance (e.g. life insurance, critical illness, etc.) : 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
  • 401k : 1st of the month following hire date (21 or older), match after 1 year

    • Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer Service Skills : Prior experience in customer service required (can be in another industry).
  • Adaptability : You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can switch gears easily.
  • Team Player : You’re proactive and willing to help.
  • Passion for Animals : You treat every client with kindness and respect

    • Salary : $15 - $24
