- Documentation and Training: Document repairs using internet-based tools and physical Repair Order documentation, and complete required training.
- Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean work area, perform daily inspections, and comply with safety and OSHA regulations.
- Requirements: A valid driver's license, a high school diploma, 1-2 years of customer service experience, and effective communication skills are required.
